Create Some Happy 🌼



When life feels overwhelming it is important to create moments of joy and pleasure! The idea of Happy has power to change our thoughts and our mood. What creates fulfillment and fun in your life? This could be quality time with friends, a spontaneous night out, visiting a new park, going full force at the next random car karaoke opportunity.


Mindfulness is a helpful practice when we are feeling overwhelmed. Try to slow down your mind and look for small expressions of normalcy. Here in Arizona, the cactus are in bloom and wildflowers are spreading their petals. Allowing yourself to admire natural beauty and smile with curiosity has the ability to change our internal rhythm. Can you allow the world around you to be a place of joy, even if it is for only 3 seconds?
