As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Rebecca enjoys helping individuals and couples overcome trauma, build sustainable habits, discover new ways of thinking, and find effective solutions for long-lasting results. Rebecca is the owner of Counseling Embodied and works with adults. She strives to help clients find their passion and purpose in life so that they can live a meaningful and satisfying life. 

Rebecca specializes in working with difficulties related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and identity issues. She holds a strong belief that individuals require less fixing and more honoring of exactly where they are. She prioritizes providing a space that allows clients to feel fully supported, creating the catalyst for growth and self-discovery. 

Rebecca is passionate about using her clinical knowledge as a therapist and mental health advocate. Part of this passion is to provide in-depth conversations about the human experience and relatable issues. The Counseling Embodied Lecture Series were designed to cultivate conversations about healing, deepening our connection to self and the world around us, and approachable mental health resources. She is enthused to serve the community with group lectures that offer free access to mental health resources and discussions, and raise awareness of often overlooked issues affecting all of us today.

Rebecca was born and raised in the Phoenix area, and obtained her Master of Arts from Northern Arizona University. Her favorite part about the beautiful state of Arizona is the diversity and uniqueness found here in the Valley of the Sun.
