Our Services
At Counseling Embodied, we help our clients gain a deeper understanding of who they are in order to engage with life in a full and meaningful way! We offer both virtual and in-person sessions.
We can help if you are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, mood issues, relationship pains, emotional disconnect or unhealthy thinking patterns.
For in-person sessions, our office is located in the Thunderbird Office Park at 83rd Ave and Ludlow, 2nd Floor. To best access our office, use the elevator or stairs and once you arrive at Suite 290, you will see the signage for Office Evolution. Come inside and check-in on the tablet for your session!

COSTS + FEES:
Counseling Embodied is primarily a private pay business and accepts some insurances.
For private pay clients, the expected costs are:
$200 for the initial intake session
$140 for 50 - minute therapy sessions
$165 for 60 - minute couples therapy sessions
We accept all forms of debit/credit card payments and health care savings accounts.
Current insurances accepted: Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford Health Plans, UMR, Optum Live & Work Well (EAP) and others. If you are not sure if you have benefits, we can run a free eligibility check.
